Renewals.

Private recertification appointment is $65.00 . Range fees are $12.50 State fees total an additional $52.50. Your license is good for 5 years.

Step 1. Apply with the State Police online. You will be given a confirmation number that we will put on your training certificate.

Step 2. Enroll with LRCC and place your deposit, and email us with your desired meeting times.

Step 3. Submit your training certificate and copies of your CHCL and Driver License to the Arkansas State Police as instructed here.

Step 4. Wait for your license to come in the mail.

New applicants.

Tuition and range fee is $165.00 . State fees total an additional $91.90 . Your license is good for 5 years.

Step 1. Before you start make sure you qualify for the Arkansas State CHCL.

Step 2. Apply with the State Police online. You will be given a confirmation number that we will put on your training certificate.

Step 3. Enroll with LRCC and place your deposit.

Step 4. Take the next available class, . Then submit your payment, training certificate, fingerprints and a copy of your drivers license as instructed here.

Step 5. Wait for your license to come in the mail.

Name or address change.

Step 1. Download, print and fill out Change of Name and/or Address Notification Form.

Step 2. Submit the completed form to the Arkansas State Police as instructed on the form.

Step 3. No new license is sent to you.

Lost license.

Replacement fees total $15.00

Step 1. Download, print and fill out Lost or Destroyed License Replacement Request Form

Step 2. Submit as instructed on the bottom of the form.

Step 3. Wait for your license to come in the mail.

Transfers.

State fees total $73.25.
No class tuition or sign up with LRCC is required for transfers.

Step 1. Download, print and fill out the transfer application.

Step 2. Submit the completed application with payment, fingerprints and your original valid Concealed Handgun Carry License from the reciprocal state to the Arkansas State Police as instructed here.

Step 3. Wait for your license to come in the mail.
